Taylor is pursuing her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Her academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Edward's University in 2015, followed by a Master of Science in Applied Psychology from Angelo State University in 2018.

Taylor's professional journey has led her to community mental health settings, where she has had the privilege of teaching Mental Health First Aid and providing diverse behavioral support to community members. Her passion lies in working with a diverse range of individuals, including children, young adults living with chronic illness, and those navigating life transitions.

Taylor's approach to counseling is deeply rooted in the belief in each individual's innate capacity to heal and grow. She creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their stories, uncover strengths, and develop resilience. Grounded in person-centered and trauma-informed care, Taylor recognizes the impact of past experiences on present-day challenges and strives to empower people in their journey toward healing.

Taylor’s goal is to collaborate with individuals to achieve their goals, whether that involves managing stress, improving relationships, or enhancing overall well-being. She invites individuals to work together to author a narrative of growth, healing, and empowerment.

When not working, Taylor enjoys baking, wandering local bookstores, or exploring a new hiking trail with her dog.
